Judy Blume
In the book, Just As Long As We're Together" by Judy Bume, it talks about friendship. In every friendship, their are issues. People begin to act weird towards their best friend, keep secrets, or either find a new best friend. In the book, its all of the above.

The main characters in the book are Rachel, Stephanie, and Alison. Throughout the book, Rachel and Stephanie are best friends. But, when Alison comes in its different. Alison was the new girl of the school. Alison and Stephanie seem to be getting more close, than Rachel and Stephanie. Stephanie seemed to have to be keeping secrets from Rachel. Rachel believes that Stephanie is hiding something from her.

In conclusion, Rachel and Stephanie were the best of friends. When Alison got there, everything went left. I don't think Rachel minds that Stephanie and Alison are friends, I pretty sure she minds that they are acting like their best friends. Rachel actually thinks Stephanie is keeping something from.
